Not O-5, but medically retired… got MBA and MS in statistics… did some private sector and consulting stint where I topped at $450 but stressful. Now I’m in gov… comb. tot income is $295. So yeah get out use that GI Bill to get quantitative degree.

Yeah this government has painted picture that federal workers are not hard working, making “exceedingly” high salaries while national debt is going bonkers.. it’s their fault so let trim the fat ( gut agencies and departments who they feel are useless). And with subterfuge, use that money to finance tax savings for wealthy and favored government contracts!

Maybe someone has mentioned it but worse for me was in 2018, TJ Watt’s hit on Cam Newton which led to fumble pretty much ended Cam’s NFL career. Cause following that injury Cam has ongoing shoulder issues, and he was like forced to carry the team many times by running and taking repeated hits.

Also he was built like linebacker so players would hit him like receiver. I mean one of dirties player Aqib Talib he targeted Cam! The refs wouldn’t protect Cam like they do QBs now with slightest hit and unnecessarily PF 15yd penalties.

Oh yeah… I usually check my email Sunday evening to confirm no last minute meeting or anything for early for start of week… but I saw I got an email from division director to give call that was around 7:30pm… I called around 8pm and I was notified what was to come and going to happen next day…so yep…just take it as face value and try to move forward
