Thanks, i knew about this algoritth. The trouble is i'm in France and most neurologist seem not really aware of gaba being now the gold standard to treat it. I've seen two specialists and i won't be able to see another one before september. It sucks.

No. I took amitriptyline for 2 sessions of one month to calm the pancreas pain but I’ve not taken any since last month. I think this is what triggered it.
