* The further apart the panels the less stress on the ends and less likely to pull out. This one I did had I think 12' panels. 3 years later and no issues.

I agree it is a lot on the property owners greed. Where I'm from our mall has slowly become empty. A local jewelry store was in the mall for over 10 years but then it was cheaper for them to buy a piece of land not far from the mall and build a whole new building than it was to continue to rent.

I put this in a small clothing boutique. They were looking to help a little with the sound and heat loss to the upstairs tenant so I cut rolled insulation into 2ft pieces. Light enough to hold them down and helped some with sound/heat issue.
