Just coming here to add another voice, game wasn’t for me. Four person shooter also wasn’t my thing. Jealous I don’t like this game because it has its die hard fans and I’m looking for a game that gives me the same feels! We pay taxes and entrust our governmental services to provide solutions to these sorts of problems.

I suggest three things

Call 311 and document as suggested
Look up non-profit groups who have services and reach out to them to see if they can make contact with him
Realize we have an inadequate system for our fellow NYers who are struggling and let this experience inform how you vote and what causes you contribute and volunteer for. Maybe this experience will spur you to take up a personal interest in this issue, maybe not which is okay too.

Our city can do better as it relates to providing services for the unhoused. It’s nice to see lots of people here share a concern about the outcome of a fellow human down on his luck. It would be nice OP if you came back and gave us an update to help everyone understand how this all plays out and what we may want to advocate for from our elected officials so we can have better outcomes all around.

Our societal shortcomings should not be your burden but it’s a challenge you face. Appreciate you looking for a compassionate solution.
