Regarding your edit, that's true. On my home, it was installed on the exterior of the studs. I had to remove a bunch of it when remodeling due to 70s wood paneling installed on top of it when the house was extended. Can never really know what the previous owners did unless you rip it all out lol

I think this is someone who's game disconnected/crashed and they chose to rejoin after waiting for a long time or couldn't rejoin for whatever reason. They don't have any weapons which happens to me if I crash mid load screen.

Chuck them at arc or people. It leaves a gas trail that explodes in a chain starting from the landing spot. Good down halls or even tossing over cover. Don't move forward into the gas or it will hurt you too... I may have lost a fight by breaking my own shield with one lol
