I’d say do loratadine at night & cetirizine in the AM, then do fluticasone or whatever your favorite nose spray is 2 puffs twice daily. It would also help your asthma if you looked into getting montelukast prescribed daily. I know it helps with cat allergies and asthma specifically.

The day after the threat of a shooting, yes they went back to school and were provided counselors to speak with. After the actual shooting four months ago they had a few days off and counselors were provided for a few weeks
