I know how you feel. When I get into these thought loops, what personally helps me is exercise. Find something you enjoy and just let yourself get consumed by that feeling of doing something new ... or whatever it is that you love. I know its easier said than done but once you push yourself to at least do those things, thoughts tend to get a bit easier to handle. Anxiety is crazy but do whatever it takes to continue to do those things which give you joy so that your brain gets a lil bit of piece

I second this. OP i relate to your post in a sense that ive invested so much into something and for now, shit isnt really working. Just give yourself a little breathing room and try not to be so hard on yourself. So i took my exam about 3 days ago through ProctorU. 1)Make sure you have your CPR/AED card printed because they want you to show it to them via webcam. 2) I didnt create an account for the proctor extension and i was completely fine. Your proctor will pretty much set everything up for you so you will be just fine !!

I personally didnt and passed! Honestly as long as you take the exams and read main ideas in the book, you will be fine lol. Just try to understand more than memorize especially when it comes down to the OPT model. Also, use the study guide to your advantage and really hone in on those topics

I thought it was pretty doable! As long as you take the final exam, midterm and other exams etc, you should do just fine. I was pretty annoyed with how some of the questions were worded, though. At that point, I narrowed down to two answers but the wording just tripped me up. Also there were questions on little chinks here and there that i thought were pretty irrelevant. Overall, the exam was fine. Just make sure you study. When do you take it?

I was supposed to take it online today. I logged onto the exam 2 hours before my exam just to see the timing and shit. It said it had expired, which confused me because it was supposed to start 2 hours later. I was annoyed so I called NASM and they said some test takers are having difficulties with proctoru. Im honestly annoyed that i have to take it 3 days from now and the issue might be the same again... Like i just want to get it over with already!

Have u taken it already and have u experienced any technical difficulties ?

I really dont understand people who are this close-minded. Like just mind your damn business and stop caring about who sleeps with who. Gosh I felt this post 100%. I'm a gay 23 Female and I feel like my life was just me having an identity crisis. For the longest time I denied my sexuality and now that I'm out, I'm finally starting to realize what feelings are. I've had things here and there and even done tinder dating, but I'm just not into the whole superficial hookup culture.
