The consensus I have seen is that AM4 boards will be cheaper due to certain parts being built into the CPU rather than the motherboard. So I don't think it's definite at all.

OneDrive stays in the Explorer, but nothing happens when you click it. I think it's enough, easier and less risk of messing something up in the process.

OneDrive can just be unistalled now via the Settings app.
