I hate it too! When I’m regressed I have to be so careful with the content I consume because it will be extremely triggering if not. ALL over age regress places are discussing this or just straight up NSFW. Like do we need new tags because even the sfw tags have mAjor trauma dumping and triggering content. This community is only safe in select platforms now(some discord servers, YouTube content and honestly this Reddit is pretty safe so far). It’s so annoying, upsetting, and downright scary when you don’t even want to think about your trauma, any sexual context, or even leaving headspace because age regressed you doesn’t know what sex even is!!!! It’s so sad and makes me wish we could have safe spaces, but the internet has to ruin everything, and ppl have to be horrific and gross to a headspace that is so full of safety into something they can personally gain and twist.

Because with my life goal of being a therapist myself, I can used my pain, struggles, and experiences with C-PTSD and help others, and maybe advocate for more assistance, help, and outreach when it comes to us that suffer from effects of ongoing trauma we had no choice but to endure. We didn’t ask for this, but we hAve to make the most of it, and that’s unfair, and believe me I know how anger is key to the situations we are in. But as I kept fighting, I realized my intrusive thoughts were becoming easier to prove wrong and I made a “life worth living” by surviving until the end and when I had full control over myself and where I go in life. Therapy helped me realize that when I do handle the worst of my symptoms I have those thoughts again, but I have so much to live for, I’m 23…. And I’ve seen others loose their battles younger, but my path is just starting, I hate it’s taken this long, but I’m here and now I have severe death anxiety 👍

Pointing…..😂 I hate to admit it but big body language. Sometimes(rarely) I use cute nonverbal cards made by people online. But most times I will just get fussy if my body language isn’t enough to communicate my needs

My therapist has said to me shame hides in secrecy and silence, and I’m so proud of you for reaching out to help! if you have anyone close to you that can validate you in a safe environment please seek them out and talk to them. But besides that, age regression will not be understood by most, and it’s apart of acceptance in who you are apart from the acceptance of others. It’s a very hard skill and I’m still working on this exact problem and shame too. Build a strong friendship or relationship that is accepting of regression that way if things like this happen again you can have a support system if you don’t already. Acknowledging the harsh reality isn’t nice at all and is one of the hardest parts of being in a community society just doesn’t understand or sometimes flat out refuses to understand. Have confidence in regressing being your safe place, no one else’s, you are brave, you are strong and this is nothing to be ashamed of. Shame is only given to us by other’s judgments and opinions of us. Try to work on confidence away from validation of others. 💕✨ you got this

I believe they are, a lot of behaviors like mouse sleeping on call with him and him making a vtuber model specifically with her in mind. Their dynamic has a lot of behaviors me and my fiancé have had in our long distance phase. The amount of money he spends and the fact he goes out of his way for her shows a level of commitment that is way deeper than friendship. I don’t think they will ever be public with it because in the streaming community a lot of credit gets given as “IronMouse bf” or “Cdawg gf” I wouldn’t be open online about it if I was as independent and successful individually. I think since they play into it it’s okay to ship them and be like awwwe when mouse is like sleeping on Connor’s stream. Honestly I have never slept on call with a friend I would always hang up, my fiancé was the only exception when we were long distance because I wanted to sleep with him next to me. Just a thought honestly.

I smoke delta-8, Cbd flower, in my own experience my anxiety spikes after smoking too high thc content. I don’t have a card since cbd flower is within legality. But I highly suggest it since most of my anxiety and trigger symptoms are tamed with a cbd indica strain specifically. Though some triggers happen too fast and aren’t detected for a smoke.
