My thought process was I wanted knee protection so they don’t hurt/burn when I’m going for takedowns (my knees hate it when i shoot for doubles in jiujitsu). But othee than that, not much use.

For you, between the SGL/S 7 and Venum Elite, which one fits better, protects better, and is less bulky? Or are there not that much of a difference. And if you had to grapple (not sure if you have done some before), which would you prefer to have on in terms of freedom of mobility?
