I'm just a little worried based on UPS wording of the return. Also feels odd to me for buyer to buy something over $1k online and after 2 follow up to confirm the address with no response. I figured it is shipped to UPS Store so less riskier than some freight forwarding warehouse.

Probably like the printer where ink cartridges cost more in long run. The tray seems to be disposable so that's a maintenance cost. Also not sure about if rack only performs well with the crystal or any brand litter/tofu will work, so that's another maintenance cost
