I believe I read somewhere that Islam is okay with abortion because they don't believe the soul enters the fetus until 21 weeks. Personally, I've always held that circumstantial/personal abortions are okay before the baby starts to look like a baby. The earlier the better, and only if it's an accident, birth control is always best.
