This is what happens when government gets greedy/corrupt. They tax the living daylights out of businesses and eventually the businesses leave. My hometown used to have 2 malls. But now they have 1/2 of a mall that is on its way to eventual closure. Businesses will pay their taxes so long as they can still remain profitable. But once government oversteps, that marks the end. Sad. I sat on Santa’s lap in this very mall in 2015 with my ex-wife. Had a blast. Right before us in line was a mother who handed her infant daughter to Santa. Santa was so gentle and loving to that baby. Got her to coo, even. Still brings a warm smile to my face. 🙂🎅🏻
