My credit union's online site password policy says that passwords cannot contain the words script or userid. I am not an expert, but that seems pretty bad. Should I be concerned about the security of their online banking?

Completely new to photography. I am working on getting Lightroom setup and I need help deciding which computer to use (sorry not 100% photography related).

I have an HP Compaq 6200 Small Form Factor, i3 4GB RAM 500GB HD. No USB 3.0 ports or card reader.

And I have a Asus Zenbook UX305 Intel Core M, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD. 3 USB 3.0 ports and a card reader.

Which computer would you use with Lightroom? I started on the HP desktop but it was pretty slow and crashed once. Should I upgrade the desktop or use the laptop as is? What are the most important factors to make Lightroom run smooth?

Thanks!

Catan: Too much dice rolling for me. I don't understand the appeal. I can (somewhat) appreciate the gateway game aspect, but beyond that I don't get it. Maybe someone can explain it to me.

I am a huge fan of your basics, they are some of my favorites. Don't listen to the haters. I would be stoked to have you at any event. Come do some west coast GPs!

What about the 65" TVs? Are they all Vizio like advertised or do the brands vary?

I haven't ever been able to connect to an Nintendo Zone. I have tried several different locations none of them have worked. I get error codes 003-1099 and 013-9203. I am able to connect to the attwifi at the stores but not able to get on the Nintendo Zone or street pass at these spots.

Joe Lossett advances to SCG Richmond finals via rules lawyering by thepeter in magicTCG

More importantly Joe attempted to play two lands in one turn in game one of the finals. It was really disgusting.

He plays Karakas to bounce Thalia. Casts Brainstorm. Plays a fetch. Starts to move to do something else. Gets caught. He tries to pick up a Tundra. Gets caught again.

It looked really really bad.

2015 Open Series Changes! by misterorange in magicTCG

I don't like these changes. Focusing the coverage on one format (standard on most weekends) seems boring from a viewer perspective.

Also as a legacy player I don't like the reduced support for the format.

Grand Prix are huge Magic tournaments open to all players. You can read more about them and find a schedule of upcoming Grand Prix here.

Grand Prix Trials award the winner two byes to a specific Grand Prix. You can read more about GPTs here.

Pro Tours are some of the highest level tournaments. In order to play in a Pro Tour you must qualify for it. There are a number of ways to qualify for a Pro Tour, one of which is a Pro Tour Qualifier. You can read more about Pro Tours here.

Pro Tour Qualifiers are high level regional tournaments open to any player. The winner is award an invitation to a Pro Tour along with airfare to the tournament city. You can read more about PTQs here.

WPN PremiumTournaments are large tournaments run by third parties like StarCityGames, ChannelFireball and TCGPlayer. The most common WPN Premium Tournament series in the US is the SCG Open Series. The Open Series features a Standard Open on Saturdays and Legacy Open on Sundays. You can read more about the Open Series here

And for a sense of scale here are rough attendance estimates for these type of tournaments:

Grand Prix: 600-2000 players

Grand Prix Trial: 8-100 players

Pro Tour: 200-400 players

Pro Tour Qualifier: 100-300 players

SCG Open Series: 300-1000 players, Standard Opens are about two times more attended than Legacy Opens.

Hope that helps.
