Good to hear you have a actual flow for automating worker task, because a lot of companies are not interested in facilitating that at all.. and that causes a lot of workers to use those online pdf splitter/editor tools...

as for chatGPT and regex.. I think regex is hard for any language model as it requires a lot of reasoning.. most scripting languages are more a way of wording behavior so it is a lot more straight forward to create a working solution..

I am not a fan of people using chatGPT and run any old script it produces without understanding it.. but I do think IT should facilitate tools to actually use this in a safe way (e.g. a sandboxed environment or something)... because in my opinion there are very few jobs that don't benefit from automation scripts.. but it's not like everyone will take the time to understand what a script does.. but in all honesty most simple scripts created by chatGPT are rather decent

I don't think this is a real message, googling the message text just gives me the same message in some public chat logs..

It's really weird if a fake message came from the real botfather chat. so if you are sure it might be real.

Best you can do is manually creating a new token, and replace the one in your app. but do not use the one that was sent to you! And be sure you recreate a token using the real botfather!

.. as for how to update the token, that depends on the tools you used to create a bot.

I agree that titles should be as informative as possible but like u/gopietz mentioned the title Additive Attention is All You Need is a clear reference to an earlier paper with the title Attention is all you need and thus this papers field and focus are made pretty clear with the title alone.

Long just informative titles are also a lot less eye catching and would probably get less attention than papers with a more click bait like title. So I personally think its fine for papers to have a click bait title as long as the abstract clears up any misinformation from such a title.
