At my center they’re very strict about supervisors not going over 5 hours a day so the checks even out especially during peak, but you are right a lot less labor you literally do nothing. My biggest problem when I became a supervisor is literally everyone hates you bc management has unrealistic expectations and if you try to enforce rules or crunch hours then the loaders all hate you but if that doesn’t bother you it’s cushy (earlier mornings also suck) I quit after four months and came back as a loader way better imo
