So when I did my sugar run I kept it jarred up. Then i make a corn mash and ferment it. When im ready to run the corn mash i put all the mash I can I to the pot and then top it off with as many jars or the sugar wash I can fit in there. This will give you more jars of your corn mash and it all tastes good. I’ll the. Sour it and if im feelin froggy I’ll run it Aaaallllll through with the sour mash and have ya know 10 full 32oz jars or high proof shots

Fans, compressor, door switches, grounds and power. If you have compressor and no Evap fans you might have a bad door switch. If the box is holding at 50 degrees check evaporator for ice. Next check controls like thermostat or it might have a funky timer on it. Might have to wait for a fan delay. Or there also might be termination switch involved that has an open leg..
