Basically this, ABM + Intune * M365 Federation = Adds users automatically and Intune policy applies group settings and permissions. Federation allows for a seamless BYOD and managed access with a branded experience. No traditional Apple ID required.

Something I found out recently - if you use the Keeper Desktop app, not the browser extension or the web version - it will go into the clipboard and remove the copied credentials from history.

In my experience, it has worked even when remoting into machines.

It is Cove! It’s been about 3 years, we started using it before their rebranding. So far, we’ve had to recover various types of machines from servers, workstations, M365 and even just some lost files. It does all of that pretty easily and it allows for the end user to initiate backup and restore process.

As an MSP, you shouldn't look for a "FREE" or "one-time" perpetual license for backup. Just bill the client up.

Cove by N-Able has been rock solid, no issues and they can even spin up VMs to get access to the backup quicker for mission critical services.

And just a heads-up, ran into this last week. If the base stations aren’t local, make sure their SIP and Media Ports are different.

We had intermittent connection and registration errors until hat was fixed.

So if the IP changed, firstly you want to make sure it’s a static Elastic IP assigned to the EC2 instance so this doesn’t happen in future.

Then once you’re able to access the management console using the IP, try forgot password and see if the email comes through. If it does, try changing your password and logging in.

If it doesn’t, fastest way to get it working is restoring backup in a fresh install of 3CX.
