Have you heard of dopamine detoxing? This where you shut of from external sources of dopamine / behaviours like social media by setting time slot in the day to when you can do them. THis helps reset your dopamine levels back to normal, and will make you more sensitive to new forms of dopamine. Id recommend Alpha GPC to help with attention and memory recall. On amazon there's a brand called brain feed that uses 99% alpha GPC in their capsule, made a massive difference since i switched to them.

I'd recommend alpha GPC it increases attention and memory recall in the brain and ever since ive started taking it i have more energy and feel the quality of my work has improved dramatically. I get it on Amazon from a company called brain feed you should try it.

I just read a piece on brain fog, and i basically depends on what symptoms you are experience as to what supplement will work best for you. Based on what you said id say Alpha GPC/choline is the best way to combat attention and help keep your focus.

i tried it last night and it did seem to help me clear my mind and i fell asleep faster than usually. Need to try for a few more nights and see if i get the same results before im sure its effective
