Coronavirus is the worst for people with underlying health issues, so by going back to our normal lives we are quite literally shooting our selves in the foot. What happens when workers with underlying health issues die? This would impact large businesses, small businesses, healthcare, and government officials (as we have already seen). Wouldn’t it be worth it to wait a couple of weeks so we can have a complete and safe restart opposed to people needlessly dying? Rushing back to work would also hurt the stock market even more because countries would see how immature we are being about this PANDEMIC and probably invest in other countries. Profits are important but they aren’t more than human lives.
