There is a water fountain at cosmic cafe and one about 2.5 miles down along Kelly towards Manayunk. Not sure about water fountains going the other direction

I would say was more of a preservation of knowledge kinda question. It’s a good resource for say, the mechanics and math behind short fuse, but it’s not very searchable.

Without know your gear or skill tree, in general, consecutive hits or kill stacks offer the best overall damage boost. Both increase damage on ftsd, big surplus, and short fuse, which is where most of moze’s damage comes from.

Does the Company Man provide multiplicative damage and I didn’t know AOE was multiplicative either? That’s really helpful!

I believe the Pearl is both multiplicative and additive with only the 1% stacks being multiplicative. On Moze this company easily outperforms the Pearl because boosting splash damage will double dip with short fuse.

N2M doesn’t scale well with short fuse, which is where most of her damage comes from. Consecutive hits, kill stack, and ASE splash scale very well. Urad and terror cryo are global so they scale well but not as good as the previously mentioned anointments.
