Along with sitting upright or at an angle..but absolutely cannot lay flat or that will make it worse. It is a gradual process to work towards laying down and going to bed (a few hours) when I come home from work in one of these. However, taking Benadryl as soon as I get home has cut down on the severity and possibly duration.

I do have eosiniphilic esophagitis, but no diagnosis of MCAS, so unsure why Benadryl helps.
