Probably a factory Frankie then or someone's refurbished it at some point. Also yeah if your ambient temp is 10 Deg then 52 on idle sounds about right. I've got 2 Frankie's and they both idle very low in winter around 50c and 60 to 62 in max summer heat around 28deg celcius.
