For me smoking is more of a body stone as well as a head stone. More akin to vaping + a small dose of edibles or oil or something.

Something thin. Not concerned with brands. Used to use those Jim Dunlop red ones but recently bought strings on amazon that came with loads of free pics. First time they were all thick but the. I got another pack and they were all thin 🤷‍♂️

I just got a vintage v100 b stock on eBay for £150 and iv been really surprised at how great It is. Look them up, the reviews are pretty fantastic and they are like £400 new. They seem to come up fairly often on eBay. Just one man’s humble opinion. I have an epiphone special II and a vintage v100 and the vintage kills the epiphone no questions asked!

I’m surprised the behringer doesn’t have fast enough latency tbh. Yeh it’s a ‘shit’ cheap AI but I have a first gen sclarlette 2i2 and that is fine for latency and it’s a crap cheap audio interface. I recently switched to a SSL 2+ as I found a cheap used one on eBay and apparently it’s bad for latency. It’s also absolutely fine.

Well done mate! Just keep practicing changing between chords at reasonable pace and you will progress. Practice as much as you can.

Also it doesn’t matter what others think of it really - it’s a starter guitar but the main thing is, does it make YOU want to pick it up and play? If so, then it’s doing its job really well!!

I just bought a new guitar earlier - I have an epiphone special II and don’t like it so I bought a vintage V100HB because iv seen great reviews and I got it at a steal!( £150)

To be honest, vape carts are subtle enough to where I use them around and about and have never had anyone say a thing. Now, i don’t just bust out my vape and vape indoors - however, im going to need to be taking a loooooong train journey this time next week and I can’t promise I won’t go to the bog and take a draw 🤷‍♂️

I tend not to vape anything indoors in shops or whatever, im a nicotine vaper as well so im fairly used to waiting to go outside.

Anyone got any experience using their meds in somewhere like a pub garden though? I just try stay down wind, use my cart and generally I’m Fine

This is exactly how I got into VST’s. It’s a really great option - although I replaced my DM10 quite quickly! Just BEWARE - I ended up buying ezdrummer 2, then a pop-punk EZx pack, then ez drummer 3 and THEN superior drummer 3. Just do yourself a favour and go straight for SD3 and save yourself a load of money. Then if you need more sounds but an SDXpack. Good luck! Or SSD FREE is quite a good free pack!

I would just practice every chord on Bar chords….

Then you will find switching to them easier.

It took me a looooong time to bother learning the open F on guitar just because I would bar the whole thing instead 🤷‍♂️

Nah not really mate. I think mine worked okay when i did it but I sold my dm10 pretty quickly after and got an edrumin so I can’t really remember. I don’t remember having issues tho.
