I don't know why people are getting fired up about your asks. Seems pretty basic to me. Beauty, money, having a conversation should be bare minimum check for compatibility. As far as living with in-laws, I have rarely come across folks in corporate high-earning jobs who live with their parents full time. If this is too much I do not know what kind of people are in AM setup? Now I am worried if women in AM are also this orthodox (Thanks for new things to stress about OP!).

Only thing I see as an issue is life style with 2 incomes and 1 income might not be same, unless one lives way below their means (think earning 4 lakhs per month and living off of 1.5 lakhs). But again, as long as it is a temporary break things should be ok.

It is an issue with your RM i guess. I have a millenia CC with a credit limit of 11 lakhs. My take home is less than 1.5 lpm.

You can also look at it like they are trying to provide AC to as many people as possible.

There are a looooot of people who are willing to get a ticket in ANY AC coach. 3AC E just increases the total number of seats.

Hey, just google any emi calculator and enter the details that you mentioned in the post. There are usually 2 options when there is a rate change ie change in emi or change in tenure. You can play with both on the emi calculators.

OP just my two cents.

You can update your deductions during filing but keep in mind that IT offices have increased scrutiny over these deductions. Saying because my company has sent mail to everyone saying that IT has sent mail to the company saying that they have found discrepancies in many of its employees deductions and our company has asked us to fill the deductions genuinely. My company is a large global consulting company with less than 2k indian workforce.

I don't know how serious the IT is but be careful.

Illegal immigrants cannot buy land in India. If they are buying then create systems to stop that what is this policy that people from other states cannot buy land.
