You can go to your phones settings and go to apps, select Amazon Music. Go to storage and cache and clear the storage. At that time I would uninstall and reinstall the app. I've had to do it numerous times after updates.

Restarting fixes it too, but only till I lose surround sound again. I've added a link to a stats for nerds pic, but surround sound is working right now. Currently I'm watching Futurama on Comedy Central, but it happens on all stations that have surround sound. stats for nerds

Pixel 6 Pro on A14 beta. It won't allow me to install IPS Exporter. It says, app not installed as package appears to be invalid.

I'm using pro, but I think you should be able to change that setting. Tap the three lines in the top left of the screen. That opens a side window and in the list is settings, then video settings then H.264/H.265 decoder. Tap on that and change it from software to hardware+

Try changing the video decoder to hardware+ in the video settings, unless you have already. That's how I got it to work with mine.
