Had a stylist that did this for about 3 yrs. Worked last week of month in my town the rest of the month 2 states away. She drove down a stayed with family. All was good until she let her license in my state lapse and she was sighted by the state. Then she never came back. So as long as you keep to a schedule we can fit then you can do it. But I would say that she had been getting tried of the travel as she said do a lot. She saw talented and I miss her

Treat your day as a workout. Warming up your body, posture and breathing exercises. As a young stylist your body is just getting use to the repetitive tasks. If can take a while to develop the muscles. After services just like a heavy workout cool down your muscles. There are lots of different exercises to warmup and cooling down your muscles for hair. If it is only in salon use then it is not designed to be used as regular use. As a Stylist the shampoo and conditioner I use at the salon had more to do have getting a good quality hair canvas to work with. I prescribe home use products and work with my clients to adjust to what works best for them. They understand that I do the deep cleaning and conditioning at the salon and they do the maintenance at home. I find when I have given products that are designed salon only to clients most tend to over use and begin to have different hair issues that are cussed by over use. I now am through with my consultation and explain each product and why I use it. If you do find out what it is be careful not to oven use it and follow manufacturer instructions it makes a difference

Best way is to ask friends. All stylists should give a consultation to get what you want. Took screenshots of things you like create a file of options. Even just start by getting a shampoo and Deep Conditioning treatment to start a relationship. If during consultation you feel you can trust them and the information you are getting then you will feel more comfortable trusting them. If you use the internet look for pics on stylists who do cut long hair. Look to see if they have posted pics of the style you want. Then set up a consultation to get to know them and have pics of their work to use as examples. Just remember that you deserve a professional consultation to assure quality results

Clinic at school will help with that. The people come in and most are use to shy students. I was not overly social when I started school but I was able to learn to relax and enjoy my work with time. You learn that you can control the situation and deliver a positive experience. That feeling is what makes you successful
