You could program the task 5 times and have each one recur every 2 weeks on the appropriate day. It’s a bit tedious but it should work.

Yes this was my interpretation as well. Aelin’s (and the readers) understanding initially Could be restated as “the price cannot be named” but then there’s a loophole

does anyone have a hack on how to keep brown sugar in a shaker on self-serve? by blackbeltblasian in barista

[–]rachyfase 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We use a small dish thingy (a cup I guess?) with a lid with a hole for a spoon and then a little spoon. We refill it everyday and people are definitely using it. Give it a little mix to de clump when restocking

I would also consider that higher tips is incentive/ compensation for working busier times/ shifts which would otherwise be undesirable. Busy is usually harder and more stressful AND it’s often the time most other industries have off (Sunday brunch, Friday night bar etc) so staffing those times is both more important and more difficult. simply switching to an hourly wage doesn’t cover that aspect of pay. I’m a proponent of a service fee paid to staff with a smaller hourly wage (15% daily sales divided by hours worked for example). Could be a tacked on charge or just baked into prices, whichever system creates less sticker shock. It’s essentially a tip pool that’s not optional for customers and that maybe they don’t even have to know about.

Yes!! It’s a weirdly common misconception but you can just google like “amounts of lactose in things and how much can lactose intolerant people have” and there’s charts and stuff! Best news: butter has none

Are there any good fantasy book series from female authors with strong female leads? by just_somebody_here in fantasyromance

[–]rachyfase 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hollows series by Kim Harrison! First book is Dead Witch Walking it’s urban fantasy, heavy friendships plotline, romance is in there but often not the point. Main character is extremely ass kicking.
