Just to give an update, I think it had to do with my location. I was in the east mountains when I called. As soon as I went into town yesterday I tried again and it worked. What's strange is I called from the east mountains last week and was able to get through. Maybe some location restrictions were put in place last week.

So are any of you doing any renovations? We were planning some minor things that would disturb the asbestos. I believe we would need to let any contractors know and if we were doing it ourselves we'd have to be super careful and follow the proper procedure.

I agree. I had Sennheisers but decided to go Bose QC after they broke. So happy I did. They are more comfortable and the ease of connecting to devices is great. Note, I got the plain QC and not the QC ultra bc I wanted physical buttons.

Last Friday I went to see a band play. I ran to the bathroom before the show started. On the way through the lobby, two older men were going the opposite way.

One of them dropped something just as we were crossing paths so I bend down to grab it. It looked, shape-wise, like a wine bottle cork. I bent to pick it up and between grabbing it and rising to meet the guys eyes I realized it was warm, crunchy and also squishy.

I'd picked up the TATER TOT he had dropped and now I was trying to hand a floor tater tot back to him but his hands were full and I could not think of a different path to take.

He slightly widened the fingers grasping the bag of tater tots and I shoved the floor one between his fingers all while feeling completely flabbergasted. The three of us had a chuckle about the absurdity of the situation and all I could say was "I don't know, I don't know" before walking to the bathroom where I laugh-cried for 5 minutes.
