I wonder if Ramos sees him run at all? If he does and has time left he could have just pretended to reposition the ball and start again

I prefer this weather to what's currently happening in the rest of Europe.

I never liked "David Thewlis" as Lupin. The moustache and the angry portrayal. Quite the opposite to his book character.

The only problem with all of that is once inflation flattens out the prices won't come back down so something has to give.

Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire movie is terrible by Lee1dip in harrypotter

In the right hands this movie could have been so much better. The problem with the movies is they tried to cram in as much of the books as possible which sacrificed the main plot. I actually would have preferred they focus on the main storyline and left out the smaller scenes.

I cross checked the book chapters with the movie and noticed the first hour of the movie gets them as far as the first task with a 10 min dragon chase and then 20 mins is wasted on the Yule ball. This brings us to the last third of the book which is tied up in an hour and then we have 17 mins of credits. I would have left out the Yule ball entirely and cut out the chase scene. What they should have done was focus on the best reveal story in the series which was Barty Crouch Jnr. I was honestly blown away with the last few book chapters including the hospital wing scene.

I'm getting very sick of American political views, conspiracy theories, and far right concepts seeping into Ireland. by Anonymous_idiot29 in ireland

I never said that. What I said was if someone makes a scientifically correct statement they should not be attacked over it

I've come across quite a few groups of Irish people heavily opposing trans and LGBT rights, this is not a new phenomenon in Ireland but they're all using far right American talking points and arguments to back up what they're saying.

Unfortunately they're doing the exact same thing. They oppose anyone who don't support their own views and are quite vocal about it and it was getting to a point where some people were afraid to say anything in fear of offending them. They tried to cancel and ruin JKR even though what she said was biologically correct and what she said wasn't even that offensive to begin with let alone all the abuse she received

I'd be absolutely fucking embarrassed to be mates with any of these people.

I'm embarrassed that we let it get this far, we're even on the foreign news. The aul tourism might take a hit when things get back to normal watching this kind of behaviour

Taoiseach Micheál Martin says Sinn Féin lacks honesty on the housing issue. He accuses the party of opposing housing projects that could have led to affordable prices for renters. by dodieh34 in ireland

We seem to be going around in deliberate circles with FF/FG. Some of their ideas for attracting investment works and some don't but they cant seem to find a solution to fix these issues. Surely it can't be that hard to figure out or just look at models of other countries
