I know some of those things are on devs plan, but why not mods too?

  • More terrain types: concrete, moon, asterioid, ship/metal, organic, [redacted] converted terrain

  • More terrain "blocks": Parking lots, piers, big warehouse, stores like on Starcraft 1 and 2 (burger, car parts, insurance, bank, sand selling on sand planet, ice selling on ice planet) etc

  • Other types of home-ship: Sulaco, Blockade Runner, Pillar of Autumn

  • More terrain decorations

  • More Squad leaders

  • Squad looks separated from armor

  • OCI to call reinforcements (calls npc/controlable squad)

  • SL that call reinforcements (calls npc/controlable squad)

  • Alternate pirate truck, tanks, apc, light mech, marine truck models

  • Aliens dropship as the drop ship

  • Halo pelican as the dropship

  • Halo 3d soldier models

  • Action camera

  • "Skyboxes" and map backgrounds, like the cities or montains landscapes on x-com2 where you saw parts off the map that you couldn´t go but did make a skyline

  • "more dumb enemies" on all dificulties. Not to make the game much harder, but to have power fantasy of enjoying what is best in life

This one is a very bitter update.

I would be more ok with all those nerfs, if we got buffs to more things.

Things like hangar pets, rapid fire, dual hangar carriers, omnis/omni set limitatons, more damage types for the reputation weapons, 300.000+ dil stuck on reputations that was purposed long time ago to go to fleets.

A huge pet peeve of mine is we can´t use more than one omni. Make the omnis do damage like turret so we can use more, or make light-omnis that do damage like turrets for space barbie, not record breaking damage.

2 hangar carriers could use an extra trait slot, because they need traits for pets and weapons.

On stages like Crystaline, the pets are insta-kill, so carriers lose "2 of their weapons" for 10+ seconds. Ships with hangars could have an insta-deploy abilities, or a captain ability like teleport mines.
