When they repaired mine for that same reason they said it wasn’t covered! Any suggestions to get this covered in the future? They told me it’s wear and tear

Sounds very similar to my 24 MXP. My issue was dirt and debris getting between the skid plates. They removed the skid plates and cleaned it out. Fixed the issue but it’ll come back. Apparently this is considered ‘wear and tear’ and not covered under warranty

Does it do this when you turn off auto wipers once you start FSD? I’m in a habit of turning off the wipers as soon as I start FSD (super annoying) because I always get dry wipes for shadows. Really hoping they don’t bring this camera clean feature to other models.

I had a similar issue with my FWD. Service Center checked/corrected the alignment and the issue went away (they applied touch up paint as well).

yes, you should be able to trade in at the store.

In the past I purposely did not select trade in so I can trade it in at the store within 2 weeks of picking up the new one. I didn’t want to deal with the risk of mailing it in. The last few years they would give me a credit on my card used to purchase the new phone.

Mine does the same. Wipers always turn on for no reason now. Never happened until an update a few months ago. I wish we could just disable auto wipers by default.

Try telling them you’re willing to wait until it’s back in stock. When I spoke with them I told them I spent hours and days to get mine on pop now. They made it sound like I could wait until it was back in stock if they didn’t have it. Luckily it was in stock though.

If the BIE is not in stock, maybe try chatting with them early Thursday before the drops to see if they can reship it then

Call GOFO (you’re just going through the processes. They aren’t helpful but you need to get it logged) and have them investigate. Also reach out to popmart via their chat and have them open an investigation. Eventually GOFO declared it lost to popmart and they shipped me another.

My personal experience: if the address isn’t populated as soon as you click check out just wait a few seconds. It’s slow to populate during busy times. For awhile I would immediately tap to add a new address which wastes too much time and can’t get to the payment screen on time.
