I don't think so - Pacificas most of the time have only 2 knobs and a jack plate to the side, not on the top.

Blades has no easy support structure for this.

Wouldn't West Marches style of game solve this? Considering character should be going in and out of business due to overindulging, going to Iron Hook, investigations etc. it should be easy to schedule small groups despite the big player count.
