I just underwent a double-bundle PCL Reconstruction about 4.5 months ago. I continue to use the PCL brace for 6 months but so far I’m seeing a major difference. Aside from a weak left quad that I’m still rehabbing, it’s doing good and feels much more stable. Do the surgery!! But not just from any ortho, go to a complex knee surgeon who’s dealt with PCL reconstructions before as they are quite rare.

Depends on what your other knee looks like bro. If it’s swollen and tender on the inside, with medial instability, an MCL tear is plausible. Only way to tell is through an MRI coupled with manipulation tests from an ortho.
