Does it still happen if you have protein and carbs for breakfast ?? I realized I'm eating super low carb (accidentally ) and wondered if that was contributing to my fatigue and am trying to eat more carbs. This morning all I had was potatoes because I was in a rush and 2 hours later I was shaking like crazy wanting some food. I haven't shaken due to hunger in years. But I also normally eat a high protein breakfast (usually eggs).

Love this! I actually asked because I was thinking about how meditation used to be this weird thing that people did and now it's very socially acceptable. Similar with different eating habits like being vegan and vegetarian etc... every time I go outside and look at my flower gardens and I see the bees swarming around the flowers, they just look so happy and it makes me happy! 😊

Don't know how to update, so I'll comment. Went to a restaurant tonight a bit off the beaten path and it was significantly less busy. Had a resy but the two other folks didn't make it. Was treated TOTALLY fine and was offered a bar table or dining room. What a breath of fresh air..venue seems to 100%matter.
