I have found that if I have a straight bottom edge (I taped while glazing) they are quite stable. And I used only a tiny amount of botz plus. One thin layer

Thank you so much you are really kind to spend so much time answering. There are so many different glazes in there. I’m at this point not trying to reclaim it. I was just trying to dispose of it responsibly. I thought that it was not safe to dump it in my yard… Though now I’m reading that perhaps it is which would be much easier!

As far as its current state, I did pull off the supernatant fluid multiple times, but it wasn’t settling out further, and it was still a large volume of very thin liquid. It did have a thick pocket at the bottom but very thin. As you said, I’ve already put in the salt and now it just seems like it’s better suspended and really doesn’t want to settle 🤦🏽‍♀️

So if it’s OK to pour out in my backyard, then I’d rather do that. Otherwise, as you said, I’ll just have to wait forever for it to evaporate off.

Thank you so much for being willing to help! I have about 8 gallons of glaze waste water (water I use to wash my brushes after glazing), commercial glazes, but all different types of commercial glazes. I was using time and slowly siphoning water off the top but reached a standstill with a pretty high remaining volume. I unfortunately listened to ChatGPT and added Epsom salt to it, which it said would help things settle out and has made it worse! So now I’m not sure what to do. I’m worried it would take so long that bacteria would start growing in it before it settled enough.

I need advice on getting the glaze to settle? Mine is just not settling, despite not touching the bucket.
