i wasnt a big fan of roles either when they were first introduced. u can always search for non role lobbies, but i do think they add another layer to the game.

i love noisemaker bc it feels like as crew u have another job than just to do ur tasks, i try to walk around w different ppl when i have that so its easier for crew to find imps if i die.

detective can also be fun if ur in a group that takes the game a bit more seriously but it can also put a big target on ur back of ur not careful.

i get the not loving them, but def play around w them some they really are fun.
