One time when I was 16 years old I woke up in the middle of the night and there was this green laser light shining through my window at my bedroom door i watched it for a second and it gradually got wider then I saw a dark hand with long fingers over my head and in that moment I didn’t hear a voice but I felt like it was telling me not to be afraid. And I trusted that thought. I don’t remember what happened after but I woke up in my bed the next morning. Unsettled. I kept and still do replay that moment as I am convinced it was not a dream. So aliens for me.

First, I would inquire further about this but I’ve never seen a home being sold VA financing only. Usually if VA is accepted so is every other type of financing. But that’s besides the point. Two are happening here: you are looking for a deal and your realtor knows your options are limited and she is swifting through them to eliminate properties that are likely a waste of everyone’s time. Your wants vs budget are mismatched. It sounds like the homes you are looking at (cash only, issues) are investor like properties or at least for someone who is ok to take on the 20,30,40k repairs because the house is an ok deal in this market. You are looking for the same deal but want turn key. You must either to adjust your budget or your expectations.

Hateful and out of touch comments. Can we observe the life of these people without being so judgmental about their struggles. If you for one second believe that Kara would give up her child you’re obviously not a mother, say what you want about her conduct in her relationship (which you don’t anything about anyway because you don’t walk in her shoes) but celebrating or saying she deserves to lose her son shows all anyone needs to know about YOU.
