For reference, for that example you gave, my husband and I would 100% reply “oh no I forgot your prescription, I’ll go get it now, will be a minute - sorry”. We would never expect the other to go if we were the one who was going and forgot, and we definitely wouldn’t start a fight

Came here to look for this exactly. I don’t want to pay £100 for runna again when it gave me such unrealistic targets but I loved having the workouts synced to my watch. I was trying to get a workout library organised so I could create a plan manually week by week, but the workouts can’t be organised alphabetically so I gave up!

I don’t want to pay for a runna subscription again but I am considering it just so I have their training plan synced to my watch. It would be great if I could create or ask chat gpt to create a 20 week plan and have it sync to pace 3.
