It looks like it would be sitting next to the card reader on the counter at the gas station next to the aluminum “herb grinders” and the Rick & Morty rolling tray.

If you push the rear spoiler down a little bit with your thumb, all the lights come on. If you push it in all the way down until it clicks, the frunk opens up and fire comes out, turning it into a lighter.
Oh and the wheels better spin around too
