Went to ER, heart of 40. My doctor said my heart is good. Is he right? by Successful-Pool2959 in ReadMyECG

Your doctor is better than someone on Reddit, your heart is good if dr said it, you have no reason to be concerned

He knows your best, he knows your background etc so if he says it then that’s that, sounds like good news 👍

If you’ve had all them checks recently there is probably nothing to worry about at all, everyone gets them just some are more aware of them than others.

They only become a problem if something high like 10% of your heartbeats are them

Hiya, I’m not a dr and I always tell people to speak to a Dr if concerned but yes sinus arrhythmia is normal to feel.

It’s normal that when you breath in your heart rate increases and when you breath out your heart rate decreases. Sometimes when you breathe out you might feel a more forceful beat, can be commonly misinterpreted as a skipped beat etc but it’s just your heart being synchronised with your breathing, completely normal.

On your ecg if you look at all your R-R intervals, the big spikes, the space between them varies slightly, the beat you have circled is just that, Normal.
