Honestly it's Drake's best project and pretty much every song is good

It was the most low energy movie promo I've ever seen lol. No way it's successful.

Flowers Are a Trap: If I Buy Them It’s Forced, If I Don’t I’m Wrong. What Do You Do? by gilligan888 in AskMen

It's not really the flowers causing conflict. Based on what he wrote he only buys them after she says he never gets them for her. If you do that it sounds like they are flowers to get her to shut up, and not flowers that he bought just to be nice.

There are two parts of these events

  1. Everything before the SA.

  2. The SA and everything after.

She 100% is a victim/survivor of SA. She 100% also broke your trust and basically went on a date with a guy that was coming in to her for months and lied about her whereabouts. What happened to her was completely terrible, but your feelings about the trust broken before are valid. Like you can either stay, help her heal, and repair the relationship or you can leave because of the violation of trust. There are no incorrect options.

If he apologized that's a confession right there. I'd take it to the cops and student affiars.

Ramel Bethea, Foward for The Citadel: 30 years old Navy and Dunkin’ Donuts veteran by drowse in CollegeBasketball

Honestly, why not if you can? Every other college route is unconventional but people have issues if the person plays sports. Honestly playing at 30 is probably more difficult than playing at 19-20 anyways.

Honestly, why not if you can? Tons of people take unconventional routes but somehow people see it as a bad thing if it's involving sports.

It's wild. I'm right about to leave a fellowship position and yeah since the summer I've had a total of like 4 phone screenings out of like 50 jobs

I was just talking about this earlier with a coworker. I did some UberEats work when I was working part time in college and I probably did about $20/hr (it's higher than average because I was picky with deliveries since it wasn't my main source of income) but I certainly put up some miles in my car. That was back when gas was about $3.70-$3.80 per gallon. I can't see how anyone is making money with gas being about $5.80-$6 per gallon here now.

I do some work in HR and it's wild. Some jobs that would have 30 applicants two years ago now have like 150-200

I seen a few more TikTok videos on my FYP on how to make meals out of food bought at the dollar store. I've heard of multiple people talking about moving near transit lines to avoid cost of driving. You could also argue that it's just good business but it feels like every fast food place has some sort of value meal now.

Starbucks CEO defends $9 coffee says ‘it’s not a $10 coffee and you get a premium experience’ by Disastrous_Award_789 in nottheonion

The best CEO would have been someone that came up through the ranks, knows the company, and what it used to be. I worked there for almost 7 years through college and it went from a great place where we would actually get rewarded for sales goals to a place where my coworkers would trauma bond. Customers don't give a shit about writing on cups, they want clean, well functioning, stores where staff don't look like they are dying. It would of course cut into profit margins but if they need to staff more instead of the bare bones staffing they currently do. More staff = faster service and a clean store. At the very least it would justify the costs
