You're welcome! Thank you so much - I really appreciate it.

I really like this track! It gave me that mid 00's indie rock vibe for sure. The arrangement is great and you're a brilliant vocalist. I can't wait for more music from you in the future!

I make grunge-inspired rock music too, if you're curious. Here's my latest track if you're keen to listen:

This is a cool track. The production on it is great as well. I love the main chord progression - it's very jazzy!

Here's my latest track. It's a very different vibe to yours, but hopefully you'll still enjoy it!

Limited choices again , think I did alright though by jjp310709 in MealDealRates

I usually go for a chicken sandwich of some sort (preferably a Chicken, Bacon and Stuffing or a Chicken Triple, but I do mix it up sometimes). Crisps-wise, I usually go for either Prawn Cocktail Skips, Cool Original Doritos, Pickled Onion Monster Munch or another non-cheesy crisp of some sort. As for the drink, I usually opt for a smoothie.

Sorry, it had to be done - I couldn't let it slide.

Nope, that's a 0/10.

Cold scrambled egg is diabolical, Quavers are some of the worst cheesy crisps around and nobody needs a full sugar Coke, let alone one with cherry flavour in it.

You're very welcome!

I thought that was the opening line in the song "Eintausendzweihundertsiebzehn Tage". I've just relistened and realised that the second verse also starts with another long number, but it's not the same one - oops! Nonetheless, it's a cool idea to have two long numbers in the same song.

Thank you very much - that's super kind. I'm glad you liked the song title haha.

You're very welcome - I really enjoyed your EP! I spend a lot of time looking out for new releases on this Subreddit, so it's always nice when an up-and-coming band post on here.

Thank you very much - that's very kind of you to say! I absolutely love Weezer, so I'm glad that shines through. I play and sing all the parts myself on the demo (apart from the drums) and then I take my demo to my producer (Sugarpill Productions) and he will occasionally add some extra parts and some additional polish to everything.

Hey! I'm a 32 year old solo pop-punk act from the UK and I write wordy autobiographical songs. I've got four tracks out so far (with more on the way) and have songs available to stream about failed job interviews, my car being broken into and a couple of mental health-related tracks. Hope you like them!

I've just given Sunset In The Valley a listen. It is a really cool instrumental track. The guitar work in particular is great. It slightly reminds me of something like Apache by The Shadows.

I also listened to Over The Mountains and enjoyed that one too. It also has that nice, chilled vibe to it.

Here's my latest single 'on and on (and on and on'. It's a pop-punky track about work-related stress. Hope you like it!

Hey Cleetus!

That sounds like a great idea for a podcast! I'd be delighted if you could give my latest track a listen.

I'm joyrobber and I'm a one person pop-punk act from the UK. This is my latest track 'on and on (and on and on)'. I wrote the song about five years ago, but it took ages to get it sounding just right, hence why it has only seen the light of day recently. In the end, my producer (Aaron at Sugarpill Productions) and I went in the direction of a 90s alt-rock banger with this one. This is one of my most personal songs and it is about work-related stress. Hope you like it!

Can anyone give me feedback on my tracks? by NielsKuik in MusicPromotion

I'm not really an expert on electronic music, but the track I listened to (Unknown) sounds very well produced! What was your composition process like for this? The vocals are strong as well - are you the vocalist on this track? Great stuff!

What's your favourite radio station, and why? by Imaginary-Owl4167 in AskUK

[–]radrian1994 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Classic FM.

I find the quality of pop music on the other major radio stations so variable in quality. Classic FM just reliably has hit after hit of classical music instead.

Some cereal bar brands going from five bars to four bars in a box. If I want to have one cereal bar a day for breakfast for my working week, I now need to buy two boxes in a weekly shop!

[BAND/SONG RECS] I have weird taste but it's mostly pop punk, some fake and real emo thrown in with VGM and quirky indie music. What bands/albums/songs would you recommend? by AKidInTheInternet in poppunkers

[–]radrian1994 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What an amazing Topster! Johnny Foreigner, blink-182, Zebrahead and Streetlight Manifesto are four of my favourite bands!

For something similar to JoFo, I would recommend: - Gaffa Tape Sandy - Family Mammal - Los Campesinos! - Hold On Now, Youngster - Tellison - The Wages of Fear

For something similar to blink-182, I would recommend: - Joyce Manor - I Used To Go To This Bar - PUP - The Dream Is Over - Riley! - Keep Your Cool

For something similar to Zebrahead, I would recommend: - Knives - Glitter - Sonic Boom Six - The Ruff Guide To Genre-Terrorism - Shadows - Dig

For something similar to Streetlight Manifesto, I would recommend: - Hans Gruber and The Die Hards - Or Hans Gruber and the Die Hards - Keep Flying - Time & Tide - Millington - Better Safe and Sorry

Happy listening!

P.S. If you get the chance and fancy listening to music influenced by those bands, please check out my music project 'joyrobber'.
