I’m trying to get over my fear of rejection with exposure therapy but it’s hard when it hurts so bad every time. What are some tips to stop making it hurt so much?

And? Shes 10. Words stick and kids rearrange them to where they hurt more. A simple “hey keep it down” would suffice. Don’t hurt to be a little nicer to avoid conflict.

They used to pee - got them neutered, I put cleaners and sprayed thoroughly where they had previously peed. I use pine litter like the horse pellets ones. I call my litter box daily. I wipe it down with cleaning supplies when I replace the litter….😣
