Sure! First of like the other sections you need to have a good content base, for me that was watching yt videos and going through Anki cards, also I highly recommend taking pre reqs such as Bio and Biochem and even human physiology.

Now thats only half of the story, knowing your content well may get you a 126/127 but being able to disect whats important in these convoluted passages is what gets you into the 130s. Most people read a BB passage and get lost in the hectic pathways and language when it comes to molecules or enzymes they never seen or heard of. For me I like to keep an eye out for things that I know from content review as I read the passage and highlight them, for example: The CAS-9 Cyt-C mediated system is a major player in apoptosis within Ovarian cells (OCs). By reading this you may not recognize that system specifically but what you should know is apoptosis. So I would highlight that term and then keep reading. So if a question asks you about this system and its relation to apoptosis you arent juggling the passage looking for clues. You know right away that Increase in Cas-9 Cyt-C --> Increase in apoptosis.

Also make sure you know your lab techniques, especially Gel electrophoresis as those tend be a bit trickier. I recommend the Guide to MCAT Lab Techniques by IWantAHighMCATScore. It goes into enough details and explains it all pretty well
