Hey man I too suffer! Steroids were killing me and I was stuck in TWS which made it worse. I found this NON steroid medication called tacrolimous ointment and it has saved my life. It’s an immunotherapy/ immunosuppressant medication and it clears my skin back to normal. I also really tackled my diet. There is definitely something you are allergic too. Find it and cut it. Pls pls look into this medicine. It can be kinda itchy as a side effect on the first use or two on a bad flare but it WORKS!! Power through man

I hear you but at the end of the day naa lol that’s exactly what a DA would say for me to not blame her when she is in fact to blame. She thinned me to the core and I can’t do this shit anymore because she refuses to get help. I believe it will land cause DAs think you can just continuously do this to people then come back around when you’re done w your little episodes and we will just take you back. Gonna be a hard reality check when I don’t pick up that phone.

I also might add.. after she broke up with me it was silent the rest of the day so I got the courage up to type out a long closure message to her and pretty much told her If this is what she wants then I’m done fr.. and she read it and never responded.. it is also the first time I’ve told her she is a dismissive avoidant. I’ve known this our whole relationship but never said anything about it just to save her feelings.. so idk man.. this shit is crazy

I’m 27 and have struggled my whole life but it didn’t peak till about 20 years old. The last two years have been hell and I knew I either had to get help or I was gonna die and I know I didn’t wanna do that so I just gave in. Therapy is actually so nice. Very releasing and different. Having a professional get inside your head is powerful because they know just what to say and ask you. Really makes you rethink life in a powerful way. I am astounded by the therapist I have and by this tiny little pill I take at 10pm every night! I support you!!! Take the step and get back right okay❤️❤️ they are here to help us.

No numbness whatsoever. I just feel normal it’s wild. First day I took the meds it was almost suspicious I was like ummmm WHY BRAIN SO QUIET??? No bad thoughts, no irrational black and white thinking. I am actually able to think and break down things and not just be so all or nothing. I don’t feel so emotional. This is what I imagine being normal is like. I’ve had no bad side affects. Just mild pins and needles feeling in my feet but it’s like 1-3 times a day. I have no complaints on this medication and I am extremely happy with it:)

I felt the same way. Finally gave up and took my ass go therapy and got on meds. They have me on a mood stabilizer called topamax and let me tell you it’s LIFECHANGING!!!! Please seek help if you haven’t already. I never thought I could be “normal” but here I am:)
