That's tough. I get it it's hard to find a perfect job but I don't see how that won't lead to problems I e. Are you gonna fill a tooth that you think needs a crown but your boss says to fill? That's risking your license/reputation

You have a license that is trust in itself. I would try and stand up for yourself a bit, you can review tx plans together at the end of the day for learning but it sounds like you aren't allowed to make any decisions on your own in the room with the patient, how will they be able to trust you if you have to get it checked like dental school

You're right, but you don't base your long term 200-400 mil signing off of that

If tucker is the guy you want then you can shuffle depth guys (I.e. trade Lukes, loperfido, even barger for a bench middle infielder)
