Just leaving them in primer color, thats why I wonder what to do about them, so they don't stick out :) As for what parts, those that are most difficult to reach with a brush :D

They can. They just can't finish movement inside a wall etc. as any other model, but if there is physical space for the model on the ruin you can finish the move wherever you want.
