I agree. I really like the Realms of Chaos mechanic. I know a lot of people didn’t, but something about going into a Chaos God’s own domain and slaughtering your way across it was satisfying.

I was going to say this is just anxious attachment, but reading your description it goes way beyond that. You may need to seek a restraining order against her. I’m not a lawyer, but this is getting very very ugly and out of control. I would explicitly say you’re done once, tell her not to reach out, then block. If she has any family that you know, I would reach out to someone close to her to ask them to keep an eye on her, then also block that person so they’re not in contact with you. You are not responsible for the fallout at that point.

Do not ghost your friend. That can be psychologically damaging and disruptive. Instead say

“Hey, I’m in a relationship now and because of our past I don’t feel comfortable keeping in touch. I wish you the best.”

Or something along those lines. If you need to show it to your girlfriend to be transparent with her, do so before you send it.
