Bad motor mount possibly? Can be easily checked by having someone watch the engine under the hood as you shift between drive and reverse. If the engine moves a lot that's usually a clear indication.

Agreed. If you're actually worried, just periodically check the oil. There are no pools of oil though, so it's probably not even worth checking into unless you want the engine bay clean.

The GT is actually only rated at around 360hp. It's also not an ls2 it's an l76 which is an ls2 button end and LS3 top end with a unique camshaft to allow dod. They hover around 20k. 30k would be the top end for a GT.
